Mitchell Smilovitis is a Greek/Australian Businessman who now calls India home. After a decade off starting and operating various companies in Australia which spanned property, contracting, building and technology he decided that to be apart of the emerging markets you must be where the action is. Apart from his passion to build Xpats into a unique business platform he has interests in Hospitality and Renewable Energy and a deep passion to work with disadvantaged and orphanage children.

Mary Smilovitis was born in Kolkata and relocated to Australia where she finished her studies and started a family. She has worked in the hospitality, retail and real estate industries along with assisting in the family business. She founded an event and review company, working with brands such as Disney, Universal, Sony Pictures, Breville and a number of other Australian and Global brands. After 2 decades in Australia she decided to relocate back to India and reconnect with her roots.

Debopam was born and raised in India. While travelling around the world and working with people across different countries, he felt deeply connected to the need for a unique platform like Xpats. Working within the software industry across Multi Nationals like Microsoft and start-ups, he has generated a passion for technology, its emerging trends and its potential to positively impact human life. Debopam is involved with Mitchell in a number of start-ups both in India and Australia around technology and online digital products.
